Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public broad access to many public records, but Wasco County records are not held by one office. Wasco County Circuit Court handles court case files, dockets, divorce files, probate files, traffic violations filed in Circuit Court, juvenile access questions, and certified court copies. The Wasco County County Clerk handles marriage licenses, recorded marriage certificates, land records, liens, domestic partnerships, elections, and Property Value Appeals Board records. The Sheriff's Office handles law-enforcement records requests, and NORCOR handles regional custody information.

Only the issuing Oregon court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can identify the office, but the document has to come from that office.
